New research by Brett W. Thompson
I have a Google Alert for my name, so occasionally I find gems like this:
Ecological comparison of two endemic species of whitefish in Bear Lake, Utah / Idaho
Sounds fun!!

Daily Drawing, from LBK, in Dodekapus Show
I did this piece as part of doing live art at Laserbeam Kitty and it's going to be on the wall (with another, larger piece) at the Dodekapus Launch Party on Friday, April 9th at 431 Fair Street SW.
Big thanks to Laserbeam Kitty and Dodekapus for all the work that goes into events planning!!

Daily Drawing
This one was about heartache- I'm much happier now! Sometimes strong emotions are good for expressive art, though.

One Minute Fluidtoons on Paper
I re-uploaded a new version of this little film- scanned into a Canon MP780 (with its auto-document feeder!!! Woo!!!). The previous version was shot using a standard-definition DV camera, a Canon ZR950, with not-so-great (and inconsistent) lighting. Now it's brighter and more clear and I'm not limited to NTSC resolution!

Falcon Lords Animated Music Video!
Major props to my pal Chris Miller for doing such a kickass job on this animated music video!!
I was originally asked to do it but had difficulty finding the time- and I knew Chris would do a better job anyway, so I gave the Falcon Lords' his name. I think this was the right choice, because I'm totally amazed at how great a job he did- I see stuff in there I probably wouldn't have even tried but Chris did it and rocked at it!!!
I hope they make a whole series of this stuff- wouldn't that be awesome?? Would you watch it?
